I've recently reached the bankroll to play NL100, but I am not quite sure I should give it a try immediatly. The fact is that I have a small 1.86BB/100 hands with 30k hands in NL50 so I don't really think I'm beating the NL50 in a convincing way... all the more that I've experienced numerous ups and downswing (my win curve pretty much looks like a random curve).

What do you guys think? Should I give it a try no matter what, or should I wait to be sure my game has no evident leaks on NL50?

If i were you i would wait. For one simple reason - its clear you dont feel confident enough. Play a bit more, get more comfortable with current limit, build up confidence. I think being worried if you can beat a limit or no can affect your game and make it worse.

Although you could also try out new limit and see how you are doing. Just dont get stuck on it and if you lose some $ move back down.
