Should I have done more with this hand as i had TP and outs. But I had just doubled up, so thought not worth it - RIGHT or WRONG

you say you doubled up but your stack size is $2.15?
If you had more than 25BBs, why'd you just pay the BB for another round?

All that aside, SB is betting OOP more than double the pot. Since you haven't flopped the absolute nuts here (ie you only have top pair and a strong draw), I would have folded too. The only other option would be to reraise all in, but that is weak IMO, he could have been slowplaying a PP (maybe 88), or he could just be bluffing.
Better in the long term to fold here I think.

2.5x overbet into 4 players is an obv. attemt to protect his hand
but, on this limit a lot of people will slowplay oop in 4way, no matter how scarry the board is)
so i would, at least, think about pushing)

well, maybe its ok to fold
we don't really have a lot of reasons to fight for unraised pot
and def. have no fold equity here

on the other hand, our T9 is way too strong)
