The documents i'm trying to upload are not accepted, they're .JPEG images and when I try to upload them it says: "The document type you have tried to upload is not acceptable. Please upload a file of the following type: *.jpg,*.jpeg,*.bmp,*.gif,*.pdf,*.png.
What should I do?

That seems very unusual. Unfortunately, I have never used NETELLER so I can't be of any great assistance to you here. I guess you can contact their support again and ask why your JPEG was rejected when they ask for JPEGs.

I contacted support, they said I should delete cookies and try again and send a mail with the images if that doesn't work. Turns out I can't send the images in a mail either cause the files have errors
