Preflop: Hero is Button with 9, 9
UTG bets t600, 3 folds

Total pot: t600

UTG has been raising frequently. Can I over shove even with BB as short stack?

Hello Brade88,

If UTG is always raising to 3BB that we can resteal here with 99. We got a lot of fold equity and even if we called we got nice hand. I would resteal with 99+, AQs+, AKo.
If he is raising for the first time that big than I would be very tight. His range is going to be very tight. Than I would 3-bet shove only with QQ+
