I'm not sure im cbetting this flop but it doesn't seem very bad or anything (i guess i just dont cbet enough 3way myself) but if i do it i would bet a bit more, 150 lets say.
I think 2nd barreling/block betting this turn may be better (sth small, like ~180), since as soon as you decide to check it youve got to fold to almost any bet, which against such a loose opponent may be a bit weak imo.

i dont cbet this 3way either. when you have no backdoor equity if called and its multi-way you really just want to conserve your chips and hope to get to SD cheaply.
