This happens to everyone who plays a decent amount of poker. If you can't deal with it, quit.

seriously now, u play MTT's u know how fckin swingy is that? if u play tourneys, u gotta be prepared for that....
i only play cash games and i recently came off a huge downswing, and yes, i was spamming all over PS with irritating posts as well, yes, i almost quit as well, and yes, i wasnt handling it well either.
but it will pass eventually, u just have to take a break and grind it out later
be happy idiots like that exist, cuz they keep the poker market running

I suggest you google variance, learn to accept your going to lose hands your 98% favourite for and have spells where you run so bad . Either that or quit poker

Seriously, because of the above you can have no complaint about the rest.
Yes we know you're going to say it's all caused by the bad run you've had up til now, but I would say that a bad run only lasts for one hand as the cards have no memory and deals are independent events, thus the latest deal cannot influence the next and so on.
What you have isn't a bad run it's a bad mindset. By all means have a rant and rave at it, I have no doubt virtually everybody here has, then do something positive to change the situation such as asking for help from renowned people like these:

There are many threads on this very subject and many members with experience of the same thing. Rather then wollow in sefl pity, which is what I did before I knew better, ask them for help and advice and I'm sure our lovely people will be more than willing to offer their time and expertise.

How long can it go on? However long it chooses. Its something you cant control.
All your bitching, moaning, slagging players off, feeling sorry for yourself, comparing real life and internet luck to each other, throwing furniture around, swearing isnt going to help in the slightest is it. All them things help keep the downswing going and get even worse. Certainly will effect your real life aswell.
Breaks help you refresh mentally. Seems you had a break cause u thought you would now run like god and have more luck on your side this time around.
Your even saying "i cant be fucked to play my A game" yet you get pissed when you lose a hand.

This is why I prefer cash games as my main game... One mistake or suck out in an MTT could ruin hours of solid play...
I suggest you also try cash games for a change. I myself only play tournaments every Sundays and try to play only those with mid-high buy ins to make it worthwhile.
