BTN: 630 (21 bb)
SB: 295 (9.8 bb)
Hero (CO): 500 (16.7 bb)
BB: 1,055 (35.2 bb)
MP: 520 (17.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A 8
MP folds, Hero raises to 60, BTN folds, SB raises to 120, BB calls 90, Hero ???

Hey,
SB is 43/27 3b 22 in 44 hands.
BB doenst seem good as well 60/10 in small sample, 20 hands.
I think it is slightly +EV to shove it pre, but against that SB it should be better to minopen and call. If he min 3bets, how u adjust accordingly? Overall IMO they have their stronger side of range to do these things. Will u go to induce stronger hand and just shove weaker part of +EV shoves?

with your reads i like an induce with this hand. I also agree that SB being so short and 3betting so small is probably super strong here (if thats the case you can easily exploit that by still minraise/calling against him quite wide when he 3bet shoves and folding anything but premiums when he 3bets small, while still minraising the same, substantially wide range) and even with BB's dead money its a fold imo. Unless he does it more often... then it becomes a difficult decision, but i think i would still go with a 4bet shove, especially that there's still a tiny chance he folds.

Haven't done the calcs but with BB being both 'big stack' and a station im not sure i want to open shove it, at least not wider than that. with your stack you can still play post with him if he flats and youve got an easy fold if he 3bets, same with the BU.

vs these guys it looks like a +EV 4bet. i probably just 4bet.
