he is a very, very good reg, some kind of a legend i guess (at least according to his sharkscope: 19k sample, avBI 19,3$, ROI 15,3%, all that playing mostly 6max, regular speed), no history

I know some good plrs start to open limp BU, i dont see that a lot in my games (tbh i think it was first time ever), i dont do it myself so you can imagine that it confused me big time. I dont even have a clue what range to put him on. Or maybe when its so shallow (13bb effective) i can assume that its a trap 100% of the time?
Anyway, ingame i didn't assume that, i was going for a ch/r on this flop since ch/calling would leave me in a weird spot on the following streets. When he sizes his 'cbet' so big im confused even more, but i went on with my plan anyway. Folding to his shove feels horrible but i dont think im ever good there, even getting great odds of 27%.
When i look at it all now i think that it was a trap, thats why he 'cbet' so big to protect on this super wet board (there's a slight chance he doesn't recognise me as a reg, tough i doubt it tbh) so it should be an easy ch/f on my part - do you guys agree with that read? If not do you like my line (maybe just a slightly smaller raise)? If not what are your alternatives?
ch/shove? (seems a bit spewy)
ch/r/c? sounds quite allright
bet/fold? i like it
bet/call? a bit spewy with no reads on him playing draws very aggro
this post is already too long so i just quickly ask
- do you guys limp BU when deeper? If so whats your range? Whos in blinds? etc.
cheers!
