4b reason is pretty much bcs SB 3b is 13% so i think it was +EV even thogh i dont hae blockers

i b flop with such a small sizong to get some spewy call from AK/AQ or whatever...

should i have just folded pre? probably the best idea

Hey Zumpar,

It's an unusual hand to 4bet with. His range that continues to your 4bet is nearly always going to be a flip or better for him. It's pretty much a bluff. The problem with bluffing 77 is that it's very difficult to evaluate the correct play vs a 5bet.

I recommend if you want to play 77 you flat in position and float a bunch of flops. Save the 4bet bluffs for the K7s etc where you have a clear fold when shipped on. Folding pf is also an acceptable option, better hands to defend against a wide 3better include AJ, KQ, TT-AA, sometimes wider depending on the exact 3bet range.
