Preflop:
Raise between 200 and 250 chips is fine.
Flop:
The board is very bad. It is hitting a part of his range. There are also may draws. Most of the time I would check here. If he is folding much to a c-bet then c-bet is fine. There is no need to make it bigger than 50% of the pot.
Turn:
As played call to this min bet is fine. We got ~12% to improve against a paird and even some times we got the best hand here. There is no need to raise because we not have much fold equity very often.
River:
Good fold. There is no need to call just with two over card. He may have some times a busted draw but there is no need to here call him.
