Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BTN with 7 :spade: 7
2 folds, CO raises to $0.15, Hero calls $0.15, 2 folds

Flop: ($0.37) 8 :club: 3  5 :diamond: (2 players)
CO bets $0.22, Hero calls $0.22

Turn: ($0.81) J :club: (2 players)
CO bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50

River: ($1.81) Q  (2 players)
CO bets $0.88, Hero folds

F: If I raise here, I can represent {8x, 99+ or better}, so I could get some weak 8x to fold. By betting, I also prevent myself from getting bluffed on later streets and also get the overcards (which have around 25% equity against me) to fold.

As played, I didn't really have much of a plan for rest of the hand.
T: I assume he could be double-barreling with a lot of bluffs here so I decide to call once more and re-evaluate on river.

R: Don't expect him to triple barrel much here so I give up.

Hi.

Flop call is certainly the best play. Raising serves no purpose, and most players are not folding 8X here. So worse hands are just folding (no value) and better hands are always calling (cannot bluff better).

On the Turn, I think I would just fold unless you know that he double barrels a lot. But I'm pretty sure you lack that read given that you only have 42 hands on him. So I would call 8X and better on the Turn without info, and fold all 2nd pair hands.

Thanks.
