Hi.

I think K9o is definitely strong enough to call vs a 33% opening range in BB vs SB. So I would just call instead of 3betting. The problem with 3betting this hand is that it often gets dominated by a typical OOP 3bet calling range. He probably calls KQ, KJs, KTs a lot of the time.

I prefer using some J5s or 56s type of hand to 3bet instead as part of my 3bet bluffing range.
