Is this pointless play against unknown and how my though process looks?

PokerStars - $0.05 NL - Holdem - 9 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

MP+1: $2.30
CO: $9.97
BTN: $2.13
Hero (SB): $5.02
BB: $4.95
UTG: $5.75
UTG+1: $4.93
UTG+2: $4.68
MP: $1.93

Hero posts SB $0.02, BB posts BB $0.05

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has Q♥ A♦

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, CO raises to $0.17, fold, Hero calls $0.15, fold
I think calling is ok here.
Flop: ($0.39, 2 players) J♥ 9♣ 4♥
Hero checks, CO checks
For me standard check/fold, opponent checks back and i assume he has overcards or small pocket pair.
Turn: ($0.39, 2 players) 6♠
Hero bets $0.20, CO calls $0.20
Since flop hits my calling range quite well i think he folds lots of his range that i gave to him and if he calls then on blank river i can barrel that should do the work. But i think my bet here was too small maybe 30c or so is better.
River: ($0.79, 2 players) 6♥
Hero bets $0.60
I thought that river can be count as blank and i barreled. I think 3/4 pot size bet should be okay here. So if i had bet 30c on turn the river bet would be around 75-80c.

Hello,

Preflop I think we can 3bet for value here.

Checking the flop with the intention to check/fold is fine.

As played, I prefer checking the turn as well. Quite a lot of draws out there and I doubt that a better hand would fold to one bet at all and we have SD value with A high.

I think once he calls us here it's better to check the river and fold to a bet.

Overall I would just refrain from bluffing people on these limits.

Best.
