Hi,

No, I think your hand is a bit too weak to call turn. You should have some better equity hands to call turn with imo. Think about it, if he has a flush you are beat anyway. 33 is a better hand here for you because he usually doesn't bet another set so if your flush is not good with 55 you are drawing dead but your set would beat the same hands (non-flushes) but has equity against a flush.

You can't cbet because you are not the preflop raiser.

Against someone like him that doesn't cbet often I would check back like you did since I don't expect many folds and your hand is worse than it looks at first glance.
