The 2s would be a much better barrel card than the Qs.

With so much equity in the hand, betting the Turn can never be a huge mistake. But note that JX is never folding the Turn, given the Queen pairing and also the wide number of draws. So you should consider barrel bluffing some rivers (but should you even try to bluff this fish?)

In this special case I think you can consider the option of c/c. We probably have enough odds to call most of the time, cos not only do we have 12 outs to the straight or flush, but we also may have some outs to the Ace or King. AK high is also often the best hand against his floats like AT KT and draws.

Preflop is fine.

I think we can consider checking this flop since I think it hits his calling range pretty well and I doubt that we are going to have too much FE here.

As played, I do like the idea of check/calling here.
I doubt that he folds much when he Q pairs, so I think if we check we are likely to see the river for free most of the time and if he bets I think we will have enough equity to call here.
If the turn was the 2s I would probably go into c/c again since I doubt that he'd fold a lot here too.
