Yesterday I had problem with my PC (it restarted itself... no idea why) and I lost some hands while playing. I lost money of course but I didn't get hand history. Can I somehow find these incomplete hands in Elephant to be able to request them from Stars?

(it was possible in PT2 - they were marked as incomplete or something like that)

No thats not possible i guess because stars saves the handhistory after the hand. It think with pt that was just possible with PP but thats also not possible with the elephant atm.
