but thats not realistic:

I would give him something like 35%
35.0%, 22+ Ax+ K2s+ K7o+ Q8s+ QTo+ J8s+ JTo T8s+ 98s 87s

and against that 35% you can call:
20.8%, 33+ A2s+ A5o+ KTs+ KTo+

and k10o, a5o and 33s are pretty much breakeven as well!

I think villain is pushing way looser than 35% in this spot, he can't give you walks, and he has the big stack pushing loose (probably) into his BB and he can't call it off loose there. Would not be surprised to see him pushing 60-75% here even if -$EV. I'd easily call with K8o+, and probably more even if they are -$EV (but +cEV) since he is our direct opponent and we need his chips to have a chance at winning the tourney. K4o is actually pretty close for me if you have a tight image and you think he might be pushing 75%-100% here then I'd call it off with K4o.

Personally if I were the SB I'd probably be pushing about 70% here, just because it's the only chance I have at making chips and winning the tourney. K4o is a slightly -$EV call, but I would still probably take it. This situation sucks for both of you, if the BU is somewhat decent he will be pushing recklessly and you both can't call often, definitely overall more -$EV to let him pwn you than taking this spot with K4o if the SB is pushing 70%.
