I have no reads on BB and UTG+2 beside them limping ~ 40% of their hands.

I am wondering if I should slow play F and start betting T&R.

What would be an optimal play for this situation against unknown "fishy" opponents?

Definitely not slowplay - how would you get value there if you don't bet?

Pre-flop you should raise, your hand should crush your villains' limping range. As played, bet flop 0.10 at least, they will call you if they have something.

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: Against unknown fishy opponents you want to valuebet. You want to be the one that puts money in because by default fishy guys are passive.

And even though the board is dry there are lots of hands that can call and we can get value from (A4, A2, 46, Kx, pairs, etc) so your 1/2 pot bet is perfect.
