I think I should have raised it preflop, A8o isn't bad against the donkey's range and I wouldn't give BB a freeplay...

On the flop I probably have the best hand, I doubt he has a better kicker than mine if he even has an ace... So I keep valuebetting...

On the turn he calls again and it looks like he has an ace or even two pair... Should I value bet on the river?

I would raise or flop preflop. As played, i bet every street. As long as i get no opposition in a limped pot, i always bet. (Weak) players tend to pay you off with less than top pair, and/or decide to fold only on the river.


I´d also raise it pf.
but A8 beat A7-A2, so seeing flop for 0,5BB is tempting, just have to play it cautious, if you hit ace or 8.
Your line postflop is fine.
