I would check behind this flop hits his range very hard.

hmm its not the best flop, but the pot is very big with the high blinds so I would still cbet and put pressure on him. You have backdoor equity if he calls, which is important. turn is really interesting, if you put draws in his range you have to call (because you absolutely crush all his draws that dont have a pair). Im not sure if we can put draws in his range or not, I would probably be conservative and fold if I didn't know if he was capable of being on a draw.
