I mostly c/f the turn, but a bet can be good depending on villain.
I certainly would ?/fold the river although it's a minbet. He called you 3 times (!) and now gives you great odds for a call. He isn't fooling around.

Turn:
If you've got reads that villain could fold to a second barrel here than it is OK to bet, but against unknown check/fold is better IMO.

River:
I'd play check/call on the river.
As played, you're probably beaten here but he is giving you nice odds, you may be up against a flush or something like A9, or some other two pair hand, but it's also possible he's a donk with just a weak Ace, a smaller pair, or a missed straight. So, given the odds, I'd call.
