i would bet the flop a bit smaller. like 180-200. after he called on the flop you can give up the hand. you have nothing. easy fold to the donk even if the turn was a blank. you are behind every pair as well so don´t waste your chips.

worst flop ever to conti-bet. Just C/F the flop.

isn´t 250 a little bit too much to bet in a 320 pot as a conti bet ?

I think you played it ok. I dot see a problem with the cbet, anything lower might indicate weakness. An overbet might have worked here, gives the impression you have an overpair and are protecting against the draw, but it is risky.
I think villain is prepared to go all the way here with straight and flush draw.
In any event after he calls the cbet you really have nowhere to go so fold is right.

Indeed this is very risky. In order for a 1/2 potsize bet to be profitable in the longrun, it only needs to be successful 1 in 3 of the time. In order for a potsize bet to be profitable, it needs to work 1/2 of the time. In order for a 3/2 potsize bet to work, it needs to work 2/3 of the time. Considering opponents don't really understand betsizing, pot odds, etc. they will call a 3/2 potsize bet with very similar hands to a 2/3 potsize bet IMO, so it is fully unnecessary to bet more than this as a cbet.
