I misclicked on preflop and called.

On the flop I hit TP and he's just doing a cbet there probably so it's an easy call.

On the turn I hit two pair and I'm sure got the best hand. Is donk betting here an option or I just have to wait for him to bet?

i would fold preflop against a short stack .
you can donk or you can check/ raise if you feel he is going to bet again . i like donking because he will call here with a lot of draws that he can check behind and will shove top pair or overpair

Preflop fold is best here. Playing OOP against shorty with 79o isn't good.
