Is there any chance of getting Omaha Manager 2 Small Stakes in I already have full version of Holdem Manager 2?
Or am I only able to get full version of Omaha Manager?

You can only add a Small Stakes version to a small stakes license and a PRO version to a PRO license.
Btw: the difference is 10$ ♦

Didn't know it's just $10 difference. Haven't really looked into it, yet. ♦
