What i think it is not the best here is bet sizing. If villain calls turn the pot is 7.1 and you have to bet river a bit more then 9 to put his money in.

Why not just bet flop and turn more so you can bet river and get all his money in without overbet?

Here are just my 2 cents.

Bet bigger on flop for value.

When he check raises there on the turn so huge and he's a passive guy he always has the nuts and you can comfortably fold AA thrrr
