Hey,

Think you played it fine. Another line to consider would be going for the check/shove on the turn though, especially if you think he's the type to bet PPs for "protection" on the turn, or if he's the kind of guy that floats a lot on the flop. Along the same lines, you could shove river if you guys have any dynamic where you think he'll look you up lighter ever. But if you don't, I think c/c is fine, he could definitely be turning some PPs into bluffs or stuff like 78s, or other similar hands.
