after everyones useful tips and advice watching the coaching videos was a great success i made my deposit on stars noting major only $40 i played tight playing in the micro stakes tables played when i needed check/raised when i needed to and from me 40 dollar deposit ive build it up to 80 in 2.5 hours not sure if that is slow or fast but for me that is a great improvement from losing and always going bust. ill keep everyone informed on my improvements and if i come across any problems ill be sure to ask for help or tips.
pretty much just saying thanks to everyone who had there input it was very much appreciated

i was playing the highest table in the microstakes nl holdem, ye i had a good run and relised wasnt getting as maybe good hands and was starting to play stupid so i stopped ended on 72 dollars
hey jisaac92 congrats on the winnings ♦ it's always nice to get a big boost in the bankroll, but if there is one thing you should read it is about bankroll management. unfortunately without good BRM it is just a matter of time when that money you've just made will be lost 
so to avoid it start playing lower stakes tables ♦ especially with a $72 bankroll it isn't really enough even to play nl5.

As has been suggested I would urge you to immediately cease playing and start reading about bankroll management before the inevitable happens and you don't have a bankroll left at all!
