Hi,

this hand was played vs rather unknown playing 23/15 with AF 1.3 but only 130 hadns.

So his line looks to me like small to medium PPs or maybe some suited small connectors....also soma Ax suited are not excluded here

What do you think about that line.

Preflop i think is pretty standard. i was also adding 1 bb for beeing out of position

Flop: I am value betting

Q is not that dangerous card i guess. There is not many Qs in his range i guess...also JT is more unlikely course i have JJs.

I continue with betting but now smaller to make him call with worse.

Nothing have changed on river so i bet again small.

Now i see i made pretty large pot...also if he bet river i cannot fold anymore so it is a question if this was well played. Maybe i should bet less on turn and less on river?

What do you think?

Thanks a lot.

Hey Alan883,

Preflop is fine.

Flop is an easy value-bet.

Turn is probably ok, especially with your smaller sizing. TT,9x, FDs turned gutshots.

River is very thin, but you may get called by 9x, TT enough for a value-bet to be profitable.

It's true you get ridiculous odds if villain were to shove, but he'd also probably never bluff-shove as a result. I think you could actually fold to a shove.
