Should i just call preflop?
Is it better to shove preflop?
What about the flop?

Thing is, MP which was behind me was deep, and I didn't know what was better to do...

When he calls the 4bet i think his range is something like: TT+, ATs+,AJ+, and maybe KQs

7th edit :f_biggrin: : I think with KK and AA he would raise preflop, then it remains only TT,JJ and the Ax hands for just calling.

Hello,

You've mistaken the forum - you should have posted this in the BSS.

Quite a weird spot here.
To be honest, I wouldn't really mind just folding here preflop since both MP and SB show strength (is MP always raising 5bb?).

As played, on this flop I would definitely not bet.
We can only take value from TT/JJ if he calls those and the rest of the hands beat us, so I'd just check/fold here.

Best,
Plamen

What about a shove preflop?

MP was a fish and his bet size doesnt really show strength to me. And sb, i put him on a range like A9s+, and 55+ so i wanted to isolate him. Why should i fold QQ preflop vs 2 fish.

On the flop, since there were already 2 Aces, i didnt think he would have one.

Btw, sorry for posting in the wrong forum, i was tired probably. Could you move it to its right place please?

Thank you for replying.

Hey,

I think you are giving SB quite wide range here. The other option is to call his shove and fold if MP comes over the top.

As played, I don't really like your thinking for the flop. Yeah, the fact that there are two aces on the board makes his Ax combos less, but he is definitely having some.
We can hardly get called by worse here so I still prefer check/folding since I think he'd love to check down with his PPs and I doubt that he is going to bluff in this spot.
