Hello guys,

I had started NL2 project on Jokerstars, and have met some weird or hard spots there

I have had some problems with smaller AXo on zoom tables when being on small blind (or big blind). I think that players on this level generally steal less, so they will fold to 3-bet more rarely. Should I try to 3-bet (as bluff), or should I flat call this oop and start lottery whether I'm ahead or not? or should I just safely fold this?

PokerStars - $0.02 NL (6 max) ZOOM - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

BTN: $2.10
Hero (SB): $2.53
BB: $0.74
UTG: $3.19
MP: $2.11
CO: $2.36

Hero posts SB $0.01, BB posts BB $0.02

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero has 6♣ A♥

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to $0.06, Hero?

Hi Cpallo,

Preflop: I would recommend simply folding these hands here especially with a short BB.

I think you are not giving up any type of edge by folding these weak Ax hands until you learn more about your opponents. And to 3-bet we have so many other better hands, especially from positions where you expect to get called a fair amount.
