Flop I cbet for value, he might have some 9x, even weaker Qx and JT definitely on his range. And as he is unk and on NL2, he should have some pp's and overcards in his range, as well as sets.
Turn is a rather bad card, As I would have to bet/fold. So I decided to make my hand some sort of a bluff-catcher (could I get that much value against weaker Qx or 9x? Not probably.), unless improved.
On river it's a blancish card, villain checks on me. I bet 1/2 to make him call here with worse, but he ch/raises so big? Only backdoor FD came there, but it's possible he was slowplaying some JT, KQ, 9Q... Or then he just had set there. Actually I can't see that many worse hands making this move, maybe busted AK or some J9 that had an idea to represent flush.
