I found this difficult with that flop most likely hitting them in some way?

Personally I would raise the flop donk bet to around 4BB.
If villain 3 bets or calls you can comfortably shut down and c/f turn.
As played if you call the turn (and why would you unless you figure A high is good) I think you have to call river too.

Hey Adam!

I make it 3.5bb pre and call flop/turn/River for these odds. Even on the river he could show you some busted draw as well! Yuo need to be good in 1 out 12cases..

A situation where calling off 1 more bb on the river is a must. Often the busted flush or AT will give you a win, for 1 bb you can call.
