Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.25/$0.5 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A:c, Q:s.
4 folds, Hero raises, BB calls.

Flop: (4 SB) 9:d, K:c, 6:h (2 players)
Hero bets, BB calls.

Turn: (3 BB) 3:s (2 players)
Hero bets, BB calls.

River: (5 BB) T:s (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, Hero calls.

BB it's a very passive player with a narrow range of hands.
Stats

W$SD: 90%

In this case I like line c/f on river than c/c or b/f. I don't see many hands I'm ahead with and there is many hands I'm behind. The river card crushed my Eq. I give him a range like below

22+,A2s+,K6s+,Q8s+,J9s+,T9s,98s,87s,A2o+,K8o+,Q9o+,J9o+ (in my opinion to wide)

and with this rage I've got only 26%.

Some recomendation how to play that hand on river ?

The Range you've chosen is a little too optimistic. It might represent his callingrange on Flop but on the Turn he doesnt really often have Q8 and the chance to have a little remained equity is based on the chance that he's calling wide on the turn (i do not mean A2 , rather Q8 or Q7) and then bluffs the River with A2 but thats kinda unlikely and as you already mentioned, the T is the worst card that could have appeared as it completes all his straightdraws. It's a simple check/fold River!
