Hi, I'm new to fixed limit (but not to poker), and I would like to ask a few questions about this game.

I noticed that all the good FL players go to SH. I tried it out myself and it seems that SH really has better rewards. FR is just too slow. You have to grind a lot more to get the same profits as SH. Is this true?

All I know is that SH has a lot more variance. Which do you think is better FR or SH?

Thanks in advance.

SH is more fishy, because bad players loves actions :) FR is just to boring for them. And you play more hands at SH... Twice as more.

the problem is if you prefer FR.. There're not enough FR tables from $1/$2 so you're forced to SH.
Nwm, SH is more profitable, more funny, more complicated and has higher variance.

you have 2 options:
- play FR, stay on 1/2 and play for fun
- play SH, go higher and higher and play for fun+money
it's up to you ;)

Hi Duane317,

I have nothing to add to my preposters.

Welcome to our FL section. :)
