In PLO you never draw to a flush, when the board is paired. Does this rule apply to this hand?

First of all on the flop you're drawing to half a pot at best typically.

The main reason you have to fold is when the turn card is something like 3♠ and the action goes bet and raise before it gets to you. Now you're put in a position where you might have to deal with a capped turn and river with you not having the nuts.

There are too many people in the pot for your hand to be good. Heads up you might even occasionally win low against someone with a 5 but multiway I think you just have to throw it away.
