Hi.

Preflop: This is definitely a call. I'm not 3betting such a weak hand when I'm in position. This is not a value 3b and not a bluff 3b, KTs is an "in-between" hand which makes this a clear call.

Post-flop: Betting flop is certainly standard but I think your bet size is too large. Half pot should suffice. On the turn while we picked up a flush draw I don't necessarily know if he is folding 99 or JJ here when the top card pairs. I agree with checking back and giving up.
