What does everyone think to flop sizing here?

In a spot like this usually, I generally bet $26 or so here, I'm interested if you think there are any pros to betting $38 and if it's any better?

I know we're deeper but still.. only 160bb and SPR is already pretty small.

A smaller size allows us to leverage our stack over 3 st, i think $38 makes it more awkward? (or does it?)

vs a fish im ofc more inclined for $38, but villain is a well known reg (fwiw it's mbml) so don't you think taking a smaller size with all of our range here allows us more maneuverability? and allows villain to make more mistakes/stops villain playing so abc?

maybe im talking shit i rly don't know?
