pls try to sort out your HH's (it doesn't say which blind level is that so its hard to judge the hand not knowing the effective stack sizes) and post your hands in the relevant forum - here's a link for up to 5$ SnGs for example.

abt the hand - bet/fold flop looks standard. don't need to cbet so big, ~450 would be better imo. No idea abt preflop since i don't know the blind level.
