I tend to donk this river. Almost all draws complete on the river so there is a good chance he is getting scared and will check behind his hand.

Also this player only has 1.88$ left on the river if im correct so he is probally getting in his money anyway(with a marginal hand most times).

Bet/3bet river for me.

I like to 3-bet the flop directly. There are a few straightdraws possible as well as the flushdraw so you should be often enough ahead and you can prevent him from taking a freecard.
