His donkbet stat is not that big imo.. how many hands do you have on him? Given that your hand blocks hands he could continue with like AQ and QJ, nutflushdraw, I think a raise should be considered. You block some of his good stuff, you represent what you block too plus you have some extra equity with the BD FD not just block some of his hands.

The whole point of it was to make him fold some air and some midpairs he got creative with in some cases. Vs a 3bet there's not much you can do with this hand. You can play back with better equity hands. If you think he is full of shit often, I would call IP and represent all Qx+ hands for value. If you shove, you don't rep as many value hands which is bad when you are bluffing.
