I felt that I played this one really horribly probably shouldve just let the hand go on the turn, but I really felt I am strong here.

Preflop:

Just call. There is no need to 3-bet.

Flop:

C-bet to ~170-190 chips is more than enough on this dry board.

Turn:

probably shouldve just let the hand go on the turn

Exactly. Easy check/fold. No need to barbell here. Just give up.

Hello,
Why not to 3bet pre? IMO easy value 3bet against this opponent. Would like to see at least 3x 3b OOP. I agree that u need to c-bet a lot smaller. And turn most likely ch/fold seems the best.

Why not to 3bet pre? IMO easy value 3bet against this opponent.

Without knowing villain tendentious imo its better to just call. Villain may shove often here and we should toss then. 3-bet/call with AQo is too marginal. Even against very wide range it AQo doesn't stands good. If we know that he is raise/folding or raise/calling often than 3-bets looks fine.

Also this 3-bet for value looks too advance imo. Its going to put us in to trouble often. Imo on this limits its much better to play more "ABC" and more simple.
