His stats are:29/13/2/67/100/37 vpip/pfr/Af/FlpCbet/TurnCbet/hands.
1)PreFlop i called his OR because I think i am ahead of his range.
His range could be:

       Equity     Win     Tie
MP3    32.88%  32.24%   0.64% { 66+, ATs+, KJs+, QJs, JTs, T9s, ATo+, KQo }
SB     67.12%  66.48%   0.64% { QdQh }

2)On flop vs his CBet=P i decied to call once and to reevaluate on turn because of his cbet stats. I think this is a kind of flop very good to do a cbet as a bluf or semibluff.
I think i should have folded vs his cbet who shows me a strong hand
3)On turn vs hjis cbet=pot i decied to fold.

Hi MeAMor,

Preflop: I think that we can still 3-bet for value because a guy like him will call a lot of 3-bets and the fish may call too

Postflop: As played I think we should consider folding the flop despite him polarizing his range with the big bet.

These type of nit/fish/reg players have a strong range here.
