You can cash out from PokerStars to you moneybookers account. It doesn't take too long to receive the money.

I don't think you can pay HEM with directly from pokerstars though.

If you want to withdraw to Moneybookers from PokerStars you have to have deposited there using it also

You can ask a friend of yours to send you $10 from his Skrill account to your account, deposit that money to Poker Stars through Skrill and then you can withdraw from Poker Stars to Skrill as much money as you want.

but when you did that? 2 years ago? last year I was forced to pay via PayPal, now I'm unable to buy leakbuster becouse Skrill is missing as a payment method. I checked today and there was no option to use Skrill in hm shop
