Preflop: Hero is MP2 with T♥, T♣.
UTG raises, 3 folds, Hero 3-bets, 1 fold, CO caps, 3 folds, UTG calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (13.40 SB) 6♣, 8♥, Q♣ (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero folds, CO checks.

Turn: (6.70 BB) 8♣ (2 players)
UTG checks, CO checks.

River: (6.70 BB) 3♦ (2 players)
UTG checks, CO checks.

Final Pot: 6.70 BB

Ok, the fold was rather suboptimal ;-)
But what is your line here?
And what if CO bets? I would have called the flop but should a calldown be my intention?

Your play highly depends on the reads you have about CO. I'm not used to FR but I think his range will be very tight on average. I think calling the flop should be fine with the intention to give up on the turn if CO continues to bet (especially against two opponents).
The flopcall is just against A as I don't see him betting the river with it again. (But this again depends on the opponent. I assume that he is a TAG.)
Here on the turn you should be ahead (well TT would be but as you folded.... ♦) often enough to bet yourself on the turn as CO nearly told you that he has AK.
