1) I think I like it. You can play it passive as he has a very high wts but he might just raise for a frecard and your equity isn't that bad so both lines hould be ok. If played passie the river is no queston I guess. Aggressive (as you did) it's close but the pot is big so I call this as well.

2) Wow you took a note on the previous hand? I mean you remember him playing the first hand 300 hands later? Nice. :)
Hmm I don't see how the first hand may change our play here. His range manl consists of A-high or pocketpairs. You hav to bet until the river to win this hand and he may even call your bet there. Also he can improve.
So yes prefer a passive line here even more.
