Flop: ($2.25, 3 players) T♦ Q♥ K♠
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $1.50, SB calls $1.50, fold

Turn: ($5.25, 2 players) 6♥
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($5.25, 2 players) 5♥
SB bets $3.75, Hero raises to $11.25, SB calls $7.50

Villains are unknown they all look regish.
Should i bet turn for protection or ch/ behind is better?
I hate to get ch/ raised or shoved and not a lot cards scare me on river so i give free card on turn is that good or bad ?

Hey,

I think you can consier checking flop and betting turn btw. I say this because you don't get much value usually imo with your low kicker but you have good playability. That said, You can cbet and check back turn like you did or against a weak opponent like SB seems to be, bet turn as well.

You are unlikely to get raised imo, it's a board where he would raise his better hands on the flop or will go with a slowplay all the way. Basically, the turn won't change the texture enough to warrant a raise so I would not be worried about getting check/raised of my hand. I think your line is perfectly fine but you can definitely argue a turn vbet against SB for sure.
