I am not sure if pre is ok to flat this hands against him - he seems very taggish, so I guess if I flat i have to call at least two streets with marginal showdown value?

What range would you defend preflop against such a player?

pre is very awkward with this hand. i think we should still defend vs a BTN open with 77 and plan on c/calling good boards once and shutting down facing further aggression, i dont expect a player like this to barrel us light.

on the turn given his sizing i would just c/fold . i do not expect him to barrel a total blank turn as a bluff.
