I have closed the thread as you do not have the 300 post necessary in the English community (in fact you have only 12 including the 2 in this thread)

You know the rules as it is not the first time you get your application denied

Also you went to the extent of removing you agreeing the staking rules.

I think it is most important for a someone applying to a stake to be able to respect basic rules (as a staking agreement is a set of rules in a way).
