Well today has been an absolutely terrible day, the third losing day in a row and by far the worst today. 1300 hands, -125BB so make that -200BB over the last 4k hands. I've been posting hands, reading articles, going to coaches and I think my game is really coming along but getting crushed at 0.25/0.50 has me doing a lot of second guessing. Anyways here goes this hand...

The 7 on the turn appears to be a blank so with that in mind SB must be slow playing a big hand on the flop. For some reason I can't see myself folding TPTK but maybe thats a mistake I've been making? I almost always go for a calldown here but is this really a fold situation?

-200BB could be a downswing yes. 4k hands is just to small of a samplesize to judge if you are a winning player or not. Just watchout that u dont go on tilt after some losses and keep posting hands and reading strategy articles to improve your game. Also maybe moving down limits again for a short period to get your confidence back could be a smart move?

Anyway abouth the hand itself i really dont like folding my hand on the turn here because SB could raise a wide variaty of hands here and not only monsters as u stated. I dont think its a mistake the bring your TPTK to the showdown here its just the matter of how we do it.

We could for instance 3bet the turn. If BU still decides to stay in the hand we can put him on a draw here almost everytime so with this in mind we can even play bet/fold on a good river(the 3h obvously isnt a very good card for us).

If SB just calls our turn 3bet its hard to put him on a hand really. He could have played a draw in a strange way by raising this turn or just a weak made hand. Still we have the best Q and a 2pair/set would cap this turn for sure.

So my plan is to 3bet here and bet/fold if a good river card falls. Just calling this turn just seems to weak and folding isnt an option i think. Ofcourse if SB caps the turn we are beat here almost everytime.

sounds good, i like your play here. i took your advice as well and when i went back to the 0.25/0.50 tables i was +175BB in an hour and a half

A 3-bet is too much here. You are nearly always behind after SB check/raising so many opponents.
Folding againsta cap when you even might be drawing dead is no option because of the potsize. So this makes you only lose a lot of money.

I like the hand as played. A flushdraw will coldcall the turn anyway so you can't do much about it.
125BB down in one session (Sure that is wasn't SB? As Elephant calculated with BB = BigBlind but BB = BigBet = 2*BigBlinds.) is a lot. I would recommend you to stop playing after losing more than 50 BB (BigBets) as the tilt risk increases the more you lose. (Most of the time tilt isn't noticeable so this helps preventing losing much money.)
