Again I would cbet bigger.
I think this is abit the difference between your sng approach and my cash approach to HU.
Since you are still in the early stages of the hu sng and thus pretty deep id advise to cbet atleast 2/3 of the pot.
The point is that the range he will continue with is quite static , insensible to your betsizing .
The difference in required FE for a cbet to work is not that gigantic , while making a bigger flop cbet makes potential pots on T and R alot bigger.

About the hand:

F call is fine indeed , unless you know he will randomly throw in any FD.

River we are again in a very ugly spot because of betsizing.
Tbh i see merit in bet-folding here. Since he will make a fml call with Ax , but this is a spot where i really dont see him spazzing out.
Folding keeps us with 585 chips if we bet halfpot which is still a playable 20bb

Tbh id just bet bigger on F and then id probably just shove over his T bet since he wont ever fold Ax or fd there
